Refund policy
Because our products are handmade and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.
The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error on our part. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, stains, washing errors, or improper handling after delivery.
